Our fees reflect the quality and individualization of care you'll receive at Inspire Psychology. Individual therapy sessions are $300 for a standard 60-minute session, with most traditional sessions running 50 minutes ($250).
For intensive services and group therapy, pricing varies depending on the structure and timeframe — please reach out for details specific to the program you're interested in.
Comprehensive psychological evaluations range from $2,000 to $5,500 depending on the type of assessment. Evaluations are a significant investment, and they're designed to be. These assessments provide you with a thorough, expert-level understanding of yourself or your child that can open doors to the right support, accommodations, and resources for years to come.
If you have questions about fees or want to talk through what service might be the right fit, we're always happy to connect before you commit to anything.

Inspire Psychology is a private pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Clients may choose to pay fully out of pocket (self-pay) or explore their out-of-network benefits, and the distinction between the two is worth understanding.
Self-pay clients pay directly without involving their insurance company at all. This means greater privacy regarding clinical notes and diagnoses, and clients have full flexibility to choose their session frequency and length without insurance restrictions.
Out-of-network clients also pay out of pocket, but may be eligible for partial reimbursement by submitting a superbill (a detailed receipt we provide upon request) to their insurance company. Please note that submitting a superbill does involve sharing some clinical information, including a diagnosis, with your insurer. Not all plans include out-of-network coverage, so we recommend checking with your insurance company in advance.
We ask that clients identify their preferred payment option at the start of treatment, as this determines how clinical documentation is handled on your behalf.
We made this choice intentionally, and we think it's worth explaining why.
When therapy is billed through insurance, a diagnosis is required immediately, often before a therapist has had the chance to fully understand the person they're working with. Private pay allows us to take the time to truly get to know you before any clinical determinations are made.
Private pay also means your therapist carries a smaller caseload. That matters more than it might seem. A therapist who isn't stretched thin is a therapist who can show up fully for you with more energy, attention, and capacity to provide the individualized care you deserve.
If you have questions about fees, out-of-network reimbursement, or want help understanding your benefits before reaching out, don't hesitate to contact us. We want the process to feel as accessible as possible.

Therapy is a good fit if you're looking for ongoing support around mental health, emotions, relationships, or life challenges. Many clients pursue both and Dr. Marshall can help you figure out which makes sense to start with.

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals, the challenges you're working through, and the pace that feels right for you.
Some clients find that a focused, short-term approach of a few months is enough, while others benefit from longer-term support. For those seeking more short term support, it may be beneficial to consider intensive services.
Dr. Marshall will regularly check in with you about your progress and adjust the plan as your needs evolve.
