Amanda Marshall, Ph.D.

Dr. Amanda Marshall is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist offering telehealth services to adolescents and adults in New York, New Jersey, and PSYPACT participating locations. She provides support around anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, relationships, identity, and life transitions.

Dr. Marshall has particularly enjoyed supporting teens and young adults navigating significant changes — starting college or graduate school, experiencing familial shifts, exploring identity, and discovering new ways to live a fulfilling life. Her background working with the LGBTQIA+ community, youth in the juvenile justice system, students in public and alternative schools, and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds makes her a well-rounded and deeply knowledgeable clinician.

Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Marshall approaches every client as a teacher as much as a student. Her trauma-informed practice emphasizes building self-confidence and independent coping — using flexible, individualized therapeutic methods tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.

Dr. Amanda Marshall is a PSYPACT Authorized Provider

Life doesn't always stay in one place and neither should your access to quality mental health care.

PSYPACT (Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact) is an agreement between participating U.S. states that allows licensed psychologists to provide telehealth services across state lines in participating locations. For clients, this means that wherever life takes you — a new city, a college campus, a temporary work assignment, or a move across state lines — your care doesn't have to be interrupted.

As a PSYPACT authorized provider, Dr. Marshall is able to offer telehealth therapy and consultative services to clients in over 40 participating states, in addition to her home licenses in New York and New Jersey. This makes continuity of care genuinely possible whether you're a college student heading home for the summer, a young professional relocating for work, or someone who simply splits time between states.

For families, this is especially meaningful. A teen leaving for college out of state, a young adult navigating their first move, or a client in the middle of a significant life transition no longer has to start over with a new provider at the exact moment they need support the most.
