ADHD & Executive Functioning Skills Groups
This 8-week group program gives adolescents real, hands-on tools for managing executive functioning challenges.
The program is designed to progress through four phases: Understand, Build, Integrate, and Apply.
Each week builds on the last, moving from psychoeducation and mindfulness through emotion regulation, school and social skills, and ultimately a personalized action plan your teen can actually use.
Groups are offered for two age ranges (Group 1: ages 12-15 and Group 2: ages 16-17) so the conversations, examples, and skills stay relevant to your teen’s current level of development.

Every family who enrolls completes a brief screening process before their teen joins the group. This helps ensure that each group is made up of teens who are likely to connect well with one another and benefit from this particular format and pace.
In general, this program will be a great fit for teens who have ADHD (diagnosed or suspected) and are open to participating in a small group setting alongside peers.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Over 8 weeks, teens build real, practical skills: how to set up their environment, manage time, handle big emotions, and navigate school and social life. We close with a strengths-based look at what makes the ADHD brain brilliant, and each teen leaves with their own personalized action plan.
Groups are small by design. The pace is steady. Every week builds on the last. Led by a licensed psychologist specializing in neurodiversity.
Teens with ADHD have heard a lot about what they "should" do. They are told to pay attention, stay organized, and manage their time better. What they haven't always had is a space to actually practice how.
