8-Week Curriculum: What Your Teen Will Learn
This 8-week group program gives adolescents real, hands-on tools for managing executive functioning challenges.

Every family who enrolls completes a brief screening process before their teen joins the group. This helps ensure that each group is made up of teens who are likely to connect well with one another and benefit from this particular format and pace.
In general, this program will be a great fit for teens who have ADHD (diagnosed or suspected) and are open to participating in a small group setting alongside peers.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Over 8 weeks, teens build real, practical skills: how to set up their environment, manage time, handle big emotions, and navigate school and social life. We close with a strengths-based look at what makes the ADHD brain brilliant, and each teen leaves with their own personalized action plan.
Groups are small by design. The pace is steady. Every week builds on the last. Led by a licensed psychologist specializing in neurodiversity.
Teens with ADHD have heard a lot about what they "should" do. They are told to pay attention, stay organized, and manage their time better. What they haven't always had is a space to actually practice how.
ADHD Tips & Strategies from Dr. Marshall
Understanding ADHD is one thing. Knowing what to actually do about it is another.
Dr. Amanda Marshall, licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist at Inspire Psychology in Randolph, NJ, shares practical, clinician-created ADHD tips designed for the way your brain actually works. Real strategies you can use today.
Habit Pairing:
Making New Habits Stick With an ADHD Brain
Starting a new habit is hard for anyone. For an ADHD brain, it can feel nearly impossible. Not because of laziness or lack of motivation, but because of how your brain builds and sustains routine.
In this video, Dr. Amanda Marshall, licensed psychologist at Inspire Psychology in Randolph, NJ, breaks down habit pairing — a simple, evidence-based strategy that links a new behavior to something you already do automatically. Less willpower. Less friction. More follow-through.
Preparing for Transitions:
Helping Your ADHD Brain Switch Gears
For an ADHD brain, stopping one thing and starting another isn't as simple as it sounds. Transitions (moving from one task, activity, or environment to another) can be met with real resistance, frustration, and shutdown. It's not stubbornness. It's a neurological difference.
In this video, Dr. Amanda Marshall, licensed psychologist at Inspire Psychology in Randolph, NJ, explains what's actually happening in your brain during transitions and walks through practical steps you can take to prepare your brain ahead of time, so switching gears feels less like hitting a wall and more like a manageable shift.
Organized Chaos:
3 Tips That Actually Work for The ADHD Brain
Traditional organization systems weren't built for ADHD brains and that's why they usually don't stick.
In this video, Dr. Amanda Marshall, licensed psychologist at Inspire Psychology in Randolph, NJ, shares practical strategies for building organization that actually works with your brain: keeping everything in its designated place so you're not hunting for things when your focus is already stretched thin, keeping important items visible because out of sight genuinely means out of mind for an ADHD brain, and building a system that fits the way you actually think rather than the way you're "supposed" to. Simple shifts. Real results.
